<br />THIS DEED is made this 3r day of June, 2013, by THOMAS D. STALNAKER, as Trustee of the Estate of Stella
<br />Mae Levea entitled lit re Stella Mae Levea, BK 09 -40393 as Grantor, and FRANK P. PRUCHA AND MARSHA A.
<br />Prucha, Husband and wife as Joint Tenants with Right of Survivorship, and not as Tenants in Common, Grantee.
<br />WHEREAS, an Order for Relief under Chapter 11 of Title 11 of the United States Code was entered against
<br />Stella Mae Levea by the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Nebraska upon Voluntary Petition filed
<br />February 19, 2009, which case was converted to one under Chapter 7 of Title 11 of the United States Code on
<br />February 2, 2011; and
<br />WHEREAS, Thomas D. Stalnaker was duly appointed Trustee of the Estate of Stella Mae Levea on March
<br />10, 2009; and
<br />WHEREAS, Thomas D. Stalnaker, as Trustee, in accordance with applicable Bankruptcy Rules, provided
<br />all creditors and other parties -in- interest with notice of intent to sell the real estate described herein pursuant to
<br />11 U.S.C. § 363 upon the Motion filed with the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Nebraska on May
<br />20, 2013, and upon the Notice Setting Objection /Resistance Deadline; and
<br />WHEREAS, after notice and hearing, the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Nebraska had
<br />entered an Order approving said sale, Document Number 548, in Case No. 09- 40393.
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, know all by these presents, that I, Thomas D. Stalnaker, Trustee, as Grantor, by virtue
<br />of the power and authority vested in me, as aforesaid, in consideration of the sum of Two Hundred Eighty
<br />Thousand No /100ths Dollars ($280,000.00), paid by the Grantee, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged,
<br />do hereby grant, bargain, sell and convey unto Frank P. Prucha and Marsha A. Prucha, Husband and Wife, as Joint
<br />Tenants with Right of Survivorship and not as Tenants in Common, Grantee, their successors, heirs and assigns
<br />forever, all of Grantor's right, title and interest in and to the real estate legally described as:
<br />Lot Twenty Seven (27), Indianhead Subdivision, in the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska
<br />TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the above described real estate, with the appurtenances and every part thereof,
<br />to Grantee, their heirs, successors and assigns, as their own property and for their own use and benefit forever.
