L01304641 <br />The powers herein granted to my Agent are not exclusive to <br />my Agent; instead, these powers may be exercised by either my <br />Agent or by me at any time I am competent to do so. <br />CONTINGENT POWERS <br />If Kenneth E. Hilligas, who I have named as my Agent in the <br />above and foregoing Power of Attorney, either (i) resigns as my <br />Agent or (ii) by reason of physical or mental incapacity becomes <br />unable to carry on as my Agent, then I do hereby appoint my <br />daughter, Leigh Otto, whose present address and telephone number <br />are: 7217 Yampa Street, Foxfield, Colorado 80016; phone 303 -690- <br />1921, as my Successor Agent. This appointment is a contingent <br />durable power of attorney as defined in Section 49 -1511 of the <br />Nebraska Revised Statutes. <br />My Successor Agent shall have all power and authority <br />granted herein to my original Agent just as if my Successor Agent <br />had been the only Agent appointed by me in this document.
