Depue, Successor Trustee, and states that: <br />1. He is Successor Trustee under the Trust deed recorded in <br />the office of the Hall County Register of Deeds as Instrument No. <br />200206830. <br />2. That Baltazar Palma- Ambriz and Gloria Palma - Ambriz, <br />husband and wife, are the Trustors under the said Trust Deed. <br />That certain real property was conveyed to Ronald S. <br />Successor Trustee under the aforementioned Trust Deed as <br />on a note payable to Bank of Clarks. <br />The legal description of the said real property is as <br />to -wit: <br />Lot 2, Paustian 2n Subdivision in the City of <br />Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska. <br />A breach of an obligation secured by the Trust property has <br />occurred and the Beneficiary and Successor Trustee have elected to <br />sell or cause to be sold the trust property to satisfy the <br />obligation, to -wit: failure to pay note installments. <br />After the lapse of not less than one month, if the default has <br />not been cured, the Successor Trustee is entitled to give Notice of <br />Sale according to law. <br />This Notice of Default is being recorded in the office of the <br />Register of Deeds as provided by law. <br />DE/ E, SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE <br />Subscribed and sworn to before me this i Q ,6 day of <br />, 2013, by Ronald S Depue, Success o Trustee. <br />
