<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS THAT, WHEREAS, in an action in the Hall
<br />County District Court, Case No. CI12 -843, in the State of Nebraska, wherein Vandelay Investments,
<br />LLC, Plaintiff, did on the 7th day of February, 2013, obtain a decree of foreclosure finding there to
<br />be due to it the amounts set forth therein on a Hall County treasurer's tax certificate sold by the said
<br />County of Hall, including subsequent taxes, both general and special, endorsed thereon, statutory
<br />attorney's fees, plus accruing interest and costs of the suit for foreclosure on the tax certificate of real
<br />estate, and, whereas, it was further ordered that in default of the payment of the sum so found due
<br />that the Sheriff of said County of Hall, should cause the lands and tenements hereinafter described to
<br />be advertised and sold according to law to pay the same, and whereas, default having been made
<br />therein, the said Sheriff of said County, under and by virtue of the same decree and the order of sale
<br />to him duly directed, did on the 17th day of April, 2013, at the Hall County Courthouse, having first
<br />given due and legal notice of the time and place of said sale once each week for four consecutive
<br />weeks prior thereto in the Grand Island Independent, a newspaper, printed and in general circulation
<br />in said County of Hall, sell said premises at public auction to STEVEN A. MANOLIDIS and LINDA
<br />L. MANOLIDIS, for the sum of FOUR THOUSAND DOLLARS ($4,000.00) AND OTHER
<br />VALUABLE CONSIDERATION, which sale was afterwards on the 9th day of May, 2013,
<br />examined and confirmed by the said Court, and the said Jerry Watson, Sheriff was ordered to convey
<br />the said premises in fee simple to the said STEVEN A. MANOLIDIS and LINDA L. MANOLIDIS.
<br />NOW THEREFORE, I, the said Jerry Watson, Sheriff of the County of Hall, as aforesaid, in
<br />consideration of the premises and by virtue of the powers vested in me by law and the decre e of said
<br />Court, do hereby give, grant and convey to the said STEVEN A. MANOLIDIS and LINDA L.
<br />MANOLIDIS, their successors and assigns, the premises so as aforesaid sold, to wit:
<br />Lot Three (3), Bellamy's First Subdivison, in the Northwest Quarter (NW1 /4) of
<br />Section Twenty -three (23), Township Twelve (12) North, Range Twelve (12) West
<br />of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska, according to the recorded play thereof
<br />with the appurtenances. TO HAVE AND TO HOLD THE SAME unto the aforesaid, their successors
<br />and assigns, and to them and their use and behoove forever.
