<br /> WHEREAS, Rex W. Roberts and Cynthfa S. Roberts, Huebeiad and
<br /> Wife, are ownere of Lot B in Inciianhead Subdivieion; and
<br /> WaERBAS, Ken Shuda, a sinqle p�rson, ie the owner of Lot 9 in
<br /> Indianhead Subdivision; �►nd
<br /> WHSREP,S, Robert L. Ivarson and Barbarr� A. Ivareon, Hueband and
<br /> W9.fe as joint tenante with riqhts of eurvi.vorahip, are owners of
<br /> Lot 10 in Indianhead &ubdivision; and
<br /> WHERRAS, all owners of recard of the lote in Indiaahead
<br /> Subdivieion, are in aqreoment that provision nwnber 11. cf the
