<br />Robert W. Lowry and Iva B. Lowry, also known as Iva Lowry, husband and wife,
<br />GRANTORS, in consideration of estate planning, convey to GRANTEES, Robert W. Lowry,
<br />Trustee of the Robert W. Lowry Revocable Trust dated May 30, 2013, and Iva B. Lowry,
<br />Trustee of the Iva B. Lowry Revocable Trust dated May 30, 2013, and their successor or
<br />successors in trust, as equal tenants in common, the following described real estate (as defined inNeb.

<br />The Southeast Quarter (SE') of Section Two (2), Township Eleven (11), North
<br />Range Twelve (12) West of the 6 P.M., Hall County, Nebraska;
<br />The Southwest Quarter (SW') of Section Two (2) and the Northeast Quarter
<br />of the Southeast Quarter (NEl /.SE%) of Section Three (3), Township Eleven (11)
<br />North, Range Twelve (12) West of the 6 P.M., Hall County, Nebraska;
<br />The Southwest Quarter (SW%) of Section Twenty -four (24), Township Twelve
<br />(12) North, Range Twelve (12) West of the 6 P.M., Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />EXCEPT a tract of land comprising the westerly Four Hundred Eighty -five
<br />(485.0) feet of the southerly Six Hundred Eighty -seven (687.0) feet of the
<br />Southwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter (SW' /4SW%) of said Section 24
<br />(said exception contains 7.649 acres, more or less); and
<br />A tract of land in the Southwest Quarter (SW %) of Section Twenty -four (24),
<br />Township Twelve (12) North, Range Twelve (12) West of the 6 P.M., Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, described as follows: Starting at a point on the Section Line
<br />on the South side of said Section 2035.6 feet East of the Southwest corner of said
<br />Section 24, thence East a distance of 200 feet on said south section Line, thence
<br />North to Left at an angle of 89 °30' a distance of 257 feet, thence to the West to
<br />the Left at an angle of 90 °30' a distance of 200 feet, thence South to the left at
<br />an angle of 89 °30' a distance of 257 feet to the point of beginning (said tract
<br />contains 1.18 acres, more or less).
<br />GRANTORS covenant (jointly and severally, if more than one) with GRANTEES that
<br />GRANTORS:
<br />(1) are lawfully seised of such real estate and that it is free from encumbrances
<br />except easements and restrictions of record;
<br />(2) have legal power and lawful authority to convey the same; and
<br />(3) warrant and will defend title to the real estate against the lawful claims of all
<br />persons.
