<br />WHEREAS, THE UNDERSIGNED, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, of
<br />Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, under the Deed of Trust dated February 19, 2004,
<br />executed by Hastings Ventures, LLC; a Nebraska Limited Liability Company, as Trustor, in
<br />which Five Points Bank is named as Beneficiary, and as Trustee, which Deed of Trust was
<br />electronically recorded as Instrument No. 0200402542 on the 16 day of March 2004, at the
<br />Register of Deeds office of Hall County, City of Grand Island, Nebraska.
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed of
<br />Trust, the undersigned, as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or
<br />persons legally entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder in and the attached
<br />real estate described to -wit:
<br />Lot Three (3), Block Two (2), Woodland Park Thirteenth Subdivision in the City
<br />of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />PROVIDED, HOWEVER, that the aforesaid Deed of Trust dated February 19, 2004,
<br />electronically recorded as Instrument No. 0200402542 in the Register of Deeds office of Hall
<br />County, City of Grand Island, Nebraska, shall remain in full force and effect as to all real estate
<br />not herein reconveyed.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of Reconveyance at
<br />Grand Island, Nebraska, this 20 day of May, 2013.
