Nomination of Conservator and Guardian of estate and person and waiver of Bond. in the event a protective proceeding for my person or estate is commenced, i hereby nominate the above named attorney, and in the event the above named attorney is deceased, unavailable, unwilling to serve or incompetent then I hereby appoint the substitute attorney named herein as both Conservator and Guardian of my estate and person and I do hereby waive the requirement that a bond be posted by my Conservator or Guardian of my person. 13. Authority to examine Will and Laundry List. I give to my attorney the authority to examine my Last Will and Testament, Codicils and Laundry List. The purpose of this is to see that this power of attorney is not used to deliberately upset the disposition of my property at the time of my death. 14. Reproduced copies, joint and individual authority to act. This durable power of attorney is granted to the above .named attorney and the above named attorney accompanied with this power shall have full powerto act according to the terms hereof. Reproduced photocopies of this document shall be valid and considered identical to the original document. 15. Our Residence. My wife and I are moving to a nursing home facility. Since we will not be living in our residence it should be sold and the money placed in our checking account. Should it not be sold it should be rented year to year or month to month. 16. Disposition of personal property in our residence. Our family members have discussed and and knowledgeable of the property each family member is to receive with the division being supervised by the Power of Attorney. The Power of Attorney shall decide the disposition of all other personal property after communicating with the other family members. 17, To deal with property. To deal with any real or personal property, and all or any interest in property, and all deeds and other assurances, and to lease, sell or mortgage lands, any interest in property upon such terms and conditions and under such covenants as my attorney in fact shall think fit, irrespective of the state within which said property is located. 1S. To conduct business, To bargain and agree for, buy, sell, mortgage and in anyway and every way and manner deal with goods, wares and merchandise, choses In action, and other property in possession or inaction, and transact all and every kind of businesscf whatsoever nature and kind. 19.
