<br /> Trustee, dated May 11,2000,_ and recorded May 18,2000, in the Office of the Register of
<br /> Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska as Instrument No.200004070 regarding the real estate
<br /> described in paragraph 3 below.
<br /> 2. Deed of Reconvevance. The indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed
<br /> by Dean L Burch, an Unmarried Person, as trustor,to Earl D.Ahlschwede,Attorney, as
<br /> Trustee,for the benefit of Equitable Bank fka The Equitable Building&Loan Association,FSB
<br /> as Beneficiary,dated May 18,2000, and recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall
<br /> County, Nebraska as Document No. 200004070,has been paid, and the Beneficiary has
<br /> requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered as confirmed by
<br /> its endorsement below.
<br /> In consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of the Beneficiary,
<br /> the Substitute Trustee reconveys to the person or persons entitled thereto all the right title and
<br /> interest and claim acquired by the Trustee pursuant to the Deed of Trust in the real estate
<br /> described in paragraph 3 below.
