Tenant incoine is to be calculated in a maaner consistent witi� <br /> tt�e det�rmination of annual income under Secrion 8 of the United States Housing Act of 19�7 <br /> ("Section 8"), and nat in accordance with the deurmination of gross incame for federal income <br /> tax liability.
