<br /> (i) the total number oF residential nntal units in the building (including the number
<br /> of bodrooms and the siu in square feet of each nsidential rental uait);
<br /> (ii) titie percentage of residendal rental units in the building that are Qualified Units;
<br /> ([ii) the rent charged on each residential rental unit ia the building, includiug any
<br /> utiliry allowances;
<br /> (iv) the number of occupants in each Qualified Unit and changes in tl�ee number of
<br /> occupants in each(2ualified Unit;
<br /> (v) the Q�alified Unit vacancies in the building and information tUat indicaus when
<br /> and to whom the next available units wen rented;
<br /> (vi) the annual income certification of each Quali�ed Tenant per Qualified Unit;
<br /> (vii} documentation to support each Qualified T�nant's annual iacome certiflcadon(for
<br /> example, a copy of the Qualified Tenant's fedtral i�ome tax return, Forms W-2, or
<br /> .,p�:��L�y �f income from thfrd parties such as employers or state agencies paying
<br /> unemploymenc compensation). Tenant incoine is to be calculated in a maaner consistent witi�
<br /> tt�e det�rmination of annual income under Secrion 8 of the United States Housing Act of 19�7
<br /> ("Section 8"), and nat in accordance with the deurmination of gross incame for federal income
<br /> tax liability. In the case of a teaaut receiving housing assistance paymants under Section 8, the
<br /> documentadon requirement of this subsectton 4(d)(vii)is sadsfied if the public housing authoriry
<br /> pmvides a statement w the Owner declaring that the tenaat's incom�e dcxs not eacad the
<br /> applicable income limit under Code Section 42(g);
<br /> (viii) the eligible basis and the Qualified Basis of the building at the end of thee first year
<br /> of the Qualified Projxt Period; and .
<br /> (ix) the character and use af the non-residential pordon of the building included in the
<br /> eligible basis of the build'wg under Section 42(d) of the Code (e.g., tenaY►t facilitics that are
<br /> available on a comparable b�.sis to all tenants and for which no separate fee is charged for use
<br /> of the facilities, or facilities reasonably required by the pmject);
<br /> �e) that the Authorlty shall have the right to perform an oa-site inspection of the Project
<br /> throughout the Qualified Project Period, in addidon w the requirement that the Owner submit to tha
<br /> ous�m��.3
