Lile, after being first duly sworn upon oath, deposes and states <br />as follows: <br />THAT I am the Grantor in a certain real estate transaction in which I am quitclaiming the <br />following real estate, to Rosalie A. Lile, Trustee of the Rosalie A. Lile Living Trust, dated April 18, <br />2013: <br />North Half of the Northwest Quarter (N1 /2NW1 /4) and the West Half of the Northeast Quarter <br />(W 1 /2NE 1 /4) of Section One (1), Township Twelve (12) North, Range Ten (10) West of the 6t P.M., <br />Hall County, Nebraska, except the following tract: A tract of land comprising part of the Northwest <br />Quarter of the northwest Quarter (NW 1 /4NW 1/4) of Section One (1), Township Twelve (12) North, <br />Range Ten (10) West of the 6th P.M. in Hall County, Nebraska, more particularly described as follows: <br />Beginning at the Northwest corner of said Section One (1); thence easterly along the north line of said <br />Section One (1), a distance of Eight Hundred Seventy-Five and Sixty-Six Hundredths (875.66) feet; <br />thence deflecting right 87°1 1'50" and running southerly, a distance of Five hundred Thirteen (513.0) <br />feet; thence deflecting right 95 °20' and running westerly, a distance of Four Hundred Seventy-One and <br />Seventy-Five Hundredths (471.75) feet; thence deflecting left 92 °29'40" and running southerly, a <br />distance of Seven Hundred Eight and Eighty-Seven hundredths (708.87) feet; to a point on the south <br />line of said Northwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter (NW 1 /4NW 1/4); thence westerly along said <br />south line of the Northwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter a distance of Four Hundred Twenty-Nine <br />and Seven Tenths (429.7) feet to the west line of said Section One (1); thence northerly along the west <br />line of said Section One (1), a distance of One Thousand Two Hundred One and Twenty-One <br />Hundredths (1,201.21) feet to the place of beginning and containing 17.124 acres, more or less <br />THAT I am the Trustor of the Rosalie A. Stat. § 76- 901(17) because <br />transfer of this property would be exempt if it were transferred from myself as Grantor to myself as <br />Beneficiary /Trustor of the above Trust; <br />THAT a true and correct copy of the Rosalie A. Lile Living Trust, dated April 18, 2013, <br />would be made available upon request to support the exemption. <br />
