<br />Whereas, the undersigned, Pinnacle Bank, Aurora, Nebraska, as Trustee under the
<br />Deed of Trust Dated May 10 2010 Executed by Judith A Lautenschlager, A
<br />Single Person Trustor(s) in which Pinnacle Bank, Aurora, Nebraska, is named as
<br />Beneficiary, and the undersigned as Trustee, and recorded May 13, 2010 entered as
<br />Instrument No. 0201003257 in the Office of the Register of Deeds, Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, has received from the beneficiary thereunder, a written request to reconvey,
<br />reciting that all sums secured by such Deed of Trust have been fully paid and that such
<br />Deed of Trust and the note secured thereby have been surrendered to the undersigned,
<br />as Trustee, for cancellation:
