ARRANTS AND MARILYN D. ARRANTS being first duly sworn upon oath, depose <br />and state that they know of their own personal knowledge DONALD L. ARRANTS AND <br />MARILYN D. ARRANTS are the owners of record and present title holder in fee simple of the <br />real estate legally described as: <br />LOT SEVEN (7), AMENDED BLOCK SIX (6), CONTINENTAL GARDENS, AN ADDITION TO <br />THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA. <br />That they are in either actual or constructive possession of said real estate and the <br />whole thereof, and that the immediate and remote grantors have a continuous and unbroken <br />record chain of title to such real estate and the whole thereof and that during that time title to <br />said premises has never been disputed. <br />That they made this affidavit pursuant to the provisions of the Nebraska "Marketable <br />Title Act ", being Section 76 -288 to Section 76 -298 inclusive, of the revised Statutes of <br />Nebraska, for 1943, reissue of 1986.
