<br />WHEREAS, the undersigned, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, as Trustee,
<br />under the Deed of Trust dated May 15, 2009, and executed by Kenneth D. Bruce,
<br />A Single Person , as Trustor, in which Five Points Bank is named Beneficiary, and the
<br />undersigned as Trustee, which was recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall
<br />County, Nebraska on May 21, 2009, as Instrument No. 0200903976, and
<br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, Five Points Bank, as Trustee, has received from Five
<br />Points Bank, as Beneficiary, written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed of
<br />Trust above mentioned as follows:
<br />Lot Five (5), Block Forty -one (41), Charles Wasmer's Second Addition to the Original Town,
<br />now City of Grand Island, Hall County,
<br />said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such Deed of Trust have been fully
<br />paid;
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed of
<br />Trust, the undersigned as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or
<br />persons legally entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of Reconveyance, at
<br />Grand Island, Nebraska, t i 29th day of April, 2013.
<br />The foregoing Deed of Reconveyance was acknowledged before me this 29th day of April,
<br />2013, by Edward J. Jarosik, Vice President of Five Points Bank, a Nebraska corporation, on
<br />behalf of said corporation as Trustee.
