KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: COUNTY QUITCLAIM DEED 201303411 That the County of Hall, Nebraska, by its duly authorized officer, in consideration of the sum of One Dollar ($1.00) in hand paid by Little E Eagle, Inc., a Nebraska Corporation, does hereby release, convey and quitclaim unto Little E Eagle, Inc., a Nebraska Corporation, all of its right, title and interest in and to the following real estate situated in the County of Hall, State of Nebraska, to wit: This Deed is executed and the above property conveyed pursuant to a certain Settlement Agreement entered into by and between the County of Hall, Nebraska, and Little E Eagle, Inc., a Nebraska Corporation, said Settlement Agreement recorded as Instrument No. 201302384 of the Deed Records of Hall County, Nebraska. This Deed is executed under and by virtue of the authority vested in the authorized officer by Resolution #13- of the Hall County Board of Supervisors, under the provisions of which and in accordance herewith, this Deed is executed and delivered.
