KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: and COUNTY QUITCLAIM DEED 201303411 That the County of Hall, Nebraska, by its duly authorized officer, in consideration of the sum of One Dollar ($1.00) in hand paid by Addren D. "John" Ellis as Trustee of the Addren D. "John" Ellis Revocable Trust, does hereby release, convey and quitclaim unto Addren D. "John" Ellis as Trustee of the Addren D. "John" Ellis Revocable Trust an undivided one -half interest in all of its right, title and interest in and to the following real estate situated in the County of Hall, State of Nebraska, to wit: A tract of land being part of the Southeast Quarter (SE 1 /4) of Section Twenty (20), Township Ten (10) North, Range Nine (9) West of the Sixth Principal Meridian, Hall County, Nebraska, more particularly described as the south 33.00 feet of the east 500.00 feet of the Southeast Quarter of said Section 20, TOGETHER WITH the east 33.00 feet of the south 1400.00 feet of the Southeast Quarter of said Section 20, containing 1.42 acres, more or less, A tract of land being part of the Southwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter (SW 1/4 SW 1/4) of Section Twenty -One (21), Township Ten (10) North, Range Nine (9) West of the Sixth Principal Meridian, Hall County, Nebraska, more particularly described as the west 33.00 feet of the Southwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of said Section 21, containing 1.00 acre, more or less. This Deed is executed and the above property conveyed pursuant to a certain Settlement Agreement entered into by and between the County of Hall, Nebraska, and Addren D. "John" Ellis as Trustee of the Addren D. "John" Ellis Revocable Trust, said Settlement Agreement recorded as Instrument No. 201302384 of the Deed Records of Hall County, Nebraska. This Deed is executed under and by virtue of the authority vested in the authorized officer by Resolution #13- of the Hall County Board of Supervisors, under the provisions of which and in accordance herewith, this Deed is executed and delivered.
