and ng RESOLUTION. #13 - 12, r :> f-� v' C) A RESOLUTION APPROVING TRANSFER OF CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY AND AUTHORIZING COUNTY QUITCLAIM DEEDS WHEREAS, the County of Hall, Nebraska, in connection with condemnation litigation initiated in the County Court of Hall County, Nebraska, Case No. CI 10 5721, acquired an interest in the following described real estate: A tract of land being part oldie Southeast Quarter (SE 1/4) of Section Twenty (20), Township Ten (10) North, Range Nine (9) West of the Sixth Principal Meridian, Hall County, Nebraska, more particularly described as the south 33.00 feet of the east 500.00 feet of the Southeast Quarter of said Section 20, TOGETHER WITH the east 33.00 feet of the south 1400.00 feet of the Southeast Quarter of said Section 20, containing 1.42 acres, more or less, A tract of land being part of the Southwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter (SW 1/4 SW 1/4) of Section Twenty -One (21), Township Ten (10) North, Range Nine (9) West of the Sixth Principal Meridian, Hall County, Nebraska, more particularly described as the west 33.00 feet of the Southwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of said Section 21, containing 1.00 acre, more or less; and WHEREAS, the County of Hall, Nebraska, in connection with condemnation litigation initiated in the County Court of Hall County, Nebraska, Case No. CI 1149, acquired an interest in the following described real estate: A tract of land being part of Government Lot Two (2) of Section Twenty -Eight (28), Township Ten (10) North, Range Nine (9) West of the Sixth Principal Meridian, Hall County, Nebraska, more particularly described as the north 33.00 feet of the west 33.00 feet of Government Lot Two (2) of said Section 28, containing 0.03 acres, more or less; WHEREAS, both of the above - referenced condemnation actions were appealed to the District. Court of Hall County, Nebraska, as Case No. CI 1146 and Case No. CI 11 1089, respectively; and
