Valasek and Mary G. Valasek, Husband and Wife, as <br />Trustors, to Platte Valley State Bank & Trust Company, as Trustee, for the benefit of Platte <br />Valley State Bank & Trust Company, the Beneficiary named therein, dated January 30, 2007, <br />recorded February 14, 2007 as Instrument #200701175 recorded in the office of the Register of <br />Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska have been paid, and said Beneficiary has requested that this <br />Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of the <br />Beneficiary named in the Trust Deed, the undersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents grant, <br />remise, release, and reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto, all the interest and <br />estate derived to said Trustee by or through the Trust Deed, in and to the following- described <br />real property (as defined in Neb.
