<br />SUBSTITUTION OF TRUSTEE AND DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />Springleaf Financial Services, Inc., f /k/a American General Financial Services, Inc., as owner and holder of the
<br />Note and Deed of Trust dated 8/3/2006, made by Jamie J. Wichman, a single person, as Trustor, to Michael
<br />Kivett, Trustee for the benefit of American General Financial Services, Inc., Beneficiary which Deed of Trust
<br />was recorded on 8/8/2006, as Instrument Number 0200607053 of the Official Records of Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />hereby substitutes themselves, as Trustee in lieu of the above named Trustee under said Deed of Trust.
<br />Springleaf Financial Services, Inc., f /k/a American General Financial Services, Inc., hereby accepts said
<br />appointment as Trustee under Deed of Trust. Springleaf Financial Services, Inc., f /k/a American General
<br />Financial Services, Inc., as successor Trustee has been duly requested to Quitclaim and Reconvey the property
<br />herein mentioned, by reason of the payment of the indebtedness secured by said Deed of Trust.
<br />Legal Description: Lot five (5) in Block Seventeen (17), in College Addition to West Lawn, in the City of Grand
<br />Island, Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, IN CONSIDERATION OF said request and payment of its fees in the premises, receipt of
<br />which is acknowledged, and payment of said indebtedness, said Trustee DOES HEREBY QUITCLAIM AND
<br />RECONVEY to the person or persons legally entitled thereto, but without warranty, all the property covered by said
<br />Deed of Trust now held by said Trustee under the terms of said Deed of Trust.

<br />instrument for the consideration, uses and purposes therein mentioned and set forth.
