Space Above Line For Recording Data <br />SUBORDINATION AGREEMENT <br />This Agreement made this 17 day of April, 2013, between Centris Federal <br />Credit Union, its successors and /or assigns, ( "Lender ") and Centris Federal Credit Union, <br />( "Credit Union "). <br />WHEREAS, Centris Federal Credit Union is the beneficiary under a Deed of <br />Trust/Mortgage dated July 11, 2003 and recorded July 17, 2003 at Instrument # 2003- <br />09105 in Mortgage Records of Hall County, Nebraska to secure a loan in the original <br />principal amount of ($10,000.00) to James A Coover & Peggy T Coover, a husband and <br />wife, ("Borrower(s)") and covering the following described real estate: <br />LOT ONE AND THE NORTH HALF OF LOT TWO, BLOCK TWO, THIRD ADDITION TO CAIRO, <br />HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA. <br />WHEREAS, Lender proposes to make a loan to Borrowers not to exceed the <br />principal amount of $60,000.00, dated April 9, 2013 and recorded April 15, 2013 in <br />Instrument # 2013 -02989 in the records of Hall County to be secured by a first mortgage <br />or trust deed upon real estate covered by the Deed of Trust/Mortgage of Credit Union and <br />described as above, and, <br />WHEREAS, Lender has requested Credit Union and Credit Union has agreed to <br />subordinate the lien of its trust deed to the mortgage of trust deed to be taken by Lender, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the premises the parties agree as follows: <br />Credit Union hereby expressly subordinates the lien of the above described trust <br />deed to the lien of any mortgage or deed taken by Lender from Borrowers and declares <br />the lien of the trust deed to be junior and inferior to the lien of Lender upon the lands <br />described therein; provided, however, that the subordination of the Mortgage of Credit <br />Union shall not apply or be effective as to any amounts, exclusive of interest, in excess of <br />$60,000.00 secured by the mortgage or trust deed of Lender. <br />Centris Federal Credit Union <br />STATE OF NEBRASKA <br />lizabeth A =P key <br />Its Lending Manager <br />Centris Federal Credit Union <br />SS <br />COUNTY OF DOUGLAS <br />On this 17 day of April, 2013, before me, the undersigned, a Notary Public duly commissioned and <br />qualified for said County personally came Elizabeth A Birkey, Lending Manager, to me known to be the <br />identical person whose name is subscribed to the foregoing instrument and acknowledge the execution <br />thereof to be his voluntary act and deed as such Truste <br />My Commission expires: <br />Centris Federal Credit Union <br />343 N. 114th Street <br />Omaha, NE 68154 <br />Prepared By: Jim Wehling <br />Notary Public <br />GENERAL NOTARY • State of Nebraska <br />JAMES D.
