Depue <br /> PO Box 460 <br /> Grand Island, NE 68801 <br /> SHERIFF'S DEED <br /> KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS THAT: ti3O D <br /> i WHEREAS, in an action in District Court of Hall County, <br /> Nebraska, wherein DTI, LLC, a Nebraska Limited Liability Company, <br /> is Plaintiff, and Edgar Vath and Mary Vath, husband and wife, <br /> County of Hall, Nebraska, a Body Politic and Corporate, Heartland <br /> Investors, LLC and all persons having or claiming any interest in <br /> or to a tract of land legally described as the West 25 Feet of Lot <br /> 10 and all of Lot 12, Lot 14, Foster' s Subdivision, Hall County, <br /> Nebraska, excepting a certain tract more particularly described in <br /> quitclaim deed recorded in Book 154, Page 495, more particularly <br /> described in quitclaim deed recorded in Book 154 , Page 497 ; more <br /> particularly described in deed recorded in Book 88, Page 319, Real <br /> Names Unknown, are Defendants, said Plaintiff did obtain a Decree <br /> finding that there is due from Edward Vath and Mary Vath, husband <br /> and wife, to Plaintiff the sum of Three Thousand Three Hundred <br /> Eighty-one and 59/100 Dollars ($3, 381 . 59) together with interest <br /> thereon, attorney fees and court costs; and <br /> WHEREAS, it was further ordered in said action that in the <br /> event of default of the payment of the sum so found due by the said <br /> Edgar Vath and Mary Vath, husband and wife, that Jerry J. Watson, <br /> Sheriff of said County of Hall, should cause the lands and <br /> tenements hereafter described to be advertised and sold according <br /> to law to pay the same; and <br /> WHEREAS, default having been made therein, the said Jerry J. <br /> Watson, Sheriff of said County, under and by virtue of the said <br /> Decree and Order of Sale duly directed to him, did on the 6th day <br /> of March, 2013, at the lower lobby of the County Courthouse in the <br /> City of Grand Island in the said County of Hall, having first given <br /> due and legal notice of the time and place of said sale by <br /> publication once each week for four successive weeks in the Grand <br /> Island Independent, a newspaper printed and in general circulation <br /> I <br />
