<br />THOUSAND TWO HUNDRED FIVE AND NO /100 DOLLARS ($1,008,205.00) received from
<br />GRANTEES, BRADLEY E. KROEGER and JILL R. KROEGER, husband and wife, as joint
<br />tenants with rights of survivorship, conveys to GRANTEES, the following- described real estate
<br />(as defined in Neb. Rev. Stat. 76 -201) situated in Hall County, Nebraska:
<br />The Northeast Quarter (NEY4) of Section Eight (8), Township Nine (9) North,
<br />Range Ten (10) West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska EXCEPT a tract more
<br />particularly described in Quit Claim Deed recorded in Book 126, Page 573.
<br />GRANTOR covenants (jointly and severally, if more than one) with GRANTEES that
<br />GRANTOR:
<br />is lawfully seized of such real estate and that it is free from encumbrances;
<br />has legal power and lawful authority to convey the same; and
<br />warrants and will defend title to the real estate against the lawful claims of all
