Depue, Successor Trustee, and states that: <br />1. He is Successor Trustee under the Trust deed recorded in <br />the office of the Hall County Register of Deeds as Instrument No. <br />200106244. <br />2. That Holger C. Sorensen and Betty Lou Sorensen, husband <br />and wife, are the Trustors under the said Trust Deed. <br />3. That certain real property was conveyed to Farmers State <br />bank as Trustee under the aforementioned Trust Deed as security on <br />a note payable to Farmers State Bank, now known as Bank of Clarks. <br />4.
