<br />In consideration of Ten Dollars ($10.00), the exchange of
<br />property and other valuable consideration, receipt of which is
<br />hereby acknowledged, BINFIELD CORPORATION, a Nebraska Corpora-
<br />tion, Grantor, does hereby grant, bargain, sell and convey unti5
<br />PLATTE RIVER WHOOPING CRANE MAINTENANCE TRUST, INC., a Nebraska
<br />non - profit corporation ( "Grantee "), a perpetual easement over
