Yount and Sara L. <br />Yount, husband and wife, as Trustor, to Bruning State Bank, as Trustee, dated October 1, 2011 and <br />recorded in the office of the County Register of Deeds, Hall County, Nebraska on October 6, 2011 at <br />3:36 P.M., in Instrument No. 0201107451, is satisfied and said beneficiary has requested in writing that this <br />Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the satisfaction of the requirements of said Deed of Trust <br />and in accordance with the written requests of the beneficiary named in said Deed of Trust, the undersigned, <br />as Trustee, does by these presents grant, remise, release, quitclaim and reconvey to the person or persons <br />entitled thereto Seth W.
