<br />The undersigned, the Beneficiary in the Deed of Trust referred to in the Deed of Reconveyance set out
<br />below, hereby acknowledges satisfaction of the obligation secured by said Deed of Trust and requests the
<br />Trustee to reconvey the trust property by executing the following Deed of Reconveyance.

<br />DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />The indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by RANDAL C. RAINFORTH and BONNY
<br />J. RAINFORTH, husband and wife, whose mailing address is 14590 South Alda Road, Prosser, NE 68868, as
<br />Trustor, to Charles W. Hastings, Attorney at Law, P.O. Box 1044, Hastings, Nebraska 68902 -1044, as Trustee,
<br />for the benefit of Heritage Bank, formerly known as City National Bank and Trust Company, Hastings,
<br />Nebraska, a National Banking Corporation, P.O. Box 349, Hastings, Nebraska 68902 -0349, as Beneficiary,
<br />recorded in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, on April 26, 1995, as Document No.
<br />95- 102635, has been paid, and the Beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be
<br />executed and delivered as confirmed by its endorsement above.
<br />In consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of the Beneficiary, the Trustee
<br />reconveys to the person or persons entitled thereto all the right, title, interest and claim acquired by the Trustee
<br />pursuant to the Deed of Trust in the following:
<br />Commencing at the Northeast Corner of the Southeast Quarter (SE /4) of said Section 25;
<br />thence S00 °00' 00 "E (assumed bearing) along the East line of said Southeast Quarter (SE /4)
<br />335.00 feet to the True Place of Beginning; thence continuing S00 °00'00 "W along said East
<br />line 175.00 feet; thence N90 °00'00 "W perpendicular to said East line 245.00 feet; thence
<br />N00 °00'00 "E parallel with said East line 175.00 feet thence S90 °00'00 "E perpendicular to
<br />said East line 245.00 feet to the Place of Beginning containing 0.98 acres of which 0.13 acres
<br />contained within the East 33.00 feet thereof is presently being occupied by a public road, also
<br />known as Lot One (1), Rainforth Subdivision, a tract of land located in the Southeast Quarter
<br />(SE /4) of Section 25, Township 9 North, Range 11 West of the 6 P.M., Hall County,
<br />Nebraska; description of easement of ingress and egress.
