RAINFORTH and BONNY <br />J. RAINFORTH, husband and wife, whose mailing address is 14590 South Alda Road, Prosser, NE 68868, as <br />Trustor, to Charles W. Hastings, Attorney at Law, P.O. Box 1044, Hastings, Nebraska 68902 -1044, as Trustee, <br />for the benefit of Heritage Bank, formerly known as City National Bank and Trust Company, Hastings, <br />Nebraska, a National Banking Corporation, P.O.
