<br /> Borrc,wer shall promptly give I.ender written notice of any investigation,claim. demand, lawsuit or other actton by any
<br /> govemmenta!or re�latory agency or private party involving the Property and any Hazurdaus Substance or Environmental Law
<br /> of which Borrower has actual knowledge. If Borrower Icams, or is notified by any governmental or regulatory authoriry. that
<br /> any nmovel or other remediatian of any Hazardous Substnnce affecting the Property is necessery,Borrower shall promptly take
<br /> all necessary remedial actions inaccordance with Envirunmental Law.

<br /> pesticides and herbicides. volatile salvents,materials contuinln�asbestos or formaldehyde,and radioactive materials.As used in
