<br />WHEREAS, the indebtedness secured by the Trust Deed executed by O'Connor Residential LLC, A
<br />Nebraska Limited Liability Company to EXCHANGE BANK, Trustee, for the benefit of EXCHANGE
<br />BANK, the Beneficiary named therein, dated July 29, 2011, and recorded August 1, 2011, in the Office
<br />of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska as Instrument #0201105704 (or in Book Number
<br />Page Number ) has been paid, and said Beneficiary has requested in writing that the Deed of
<br />Reconveyance be executed and delivered as confirmed by its endorsement below:
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, In consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of the
<br />Beneficiary named therein, the undersigned as Trustee does by these presents, grant, remise, release and
<br />reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto all the interest and estate derived to said Trustee by or
<br />through said Trust Deed in the following described premises, but only as to such premises:
<br />Lots One (1), Two (2), Three (3), Four (4), Seven (7) and Eight (8), Block Fifteen (15), Kernohan and
<br />Decker's Addition and all of Lots Two (2), Three (3), Four (4), Six (6), Seven (7), Eight (8), Nine (9) and
<br />Ten (10), Block Two (2), Charles Wasmer's Addition, all in the City of Grand Island, Hall County,
<br />Nebraska EXCEPT a tract more particularly described in Warranty Deed recorded as Document No.

<br />The Real Property or its address is commonly known as 1811 W 2 St, Grand Island, NE 68803.
<br />TOGETHER WITH all buildings, fixtures, improvements and appurtenances belonging to such
<br />premises.
