<br /> Township Ten(10)North,Range Eleven(11)West of the Sixth P.M.,Hall County,
<br /> Nebraska'all lying North of U.S.Highway 30 Right of Way,Hall County,Nebraska;
<br /> together with all i�mprovements and appurtenances appertaining thereto;
<br /> and the mortgagor does hereby covenent wIth the mortgagee and the inortgagee's heirs and
<br /> assigns that mortgagor is lawfully seized of said premises, that they are free from encumbrances,
<br /> warrants and will defend the title to satd premises against the lawful claims of all persons whomsoever.
