JOHNSON, wife and husband as joint tenants and not as tenants in <br />common, Trustors, to Jamie Mues Jankovitz, Attorney at Law, Successor Trustee, under the Deed of <br />Trust dated September 2, 2008, in which DALE D. JOHNSON and LEOTA M. JOHNSON, husband <br />and wife, are Beneficiaries, said Deed of Trust being recorded September 29, 2008 as Document No. <br />200808301 of the Records of Hall County, Nebraska, securing an original stated indebtedness of <br />$30,000.00 has been paid or otherwise satisfied and said beneficiaries have requested that this Deed of <br />Reconveyance be executed and delivered; <br />THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed of Trust, the <br />undersigned as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons legally <br />entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder, legally described as follows: <br />A tract of land comprising all of Lot Ten (10), Block Thirty Seven (37), Packer & <br />Barr's Second Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, together <br />with the North Half (N1 /2) of Vacated Clarence Street, lying South of and adjacent to said Lot Ten (10) <br />(also known as: 115 N.
