<br />YOU ARE HEREBY GIVEN NOTICE OF DEFAULT under a Deed of Trust executed June
<br />26, 2009, by PAUL R. WILES and LEAH F. WILES, husband and wife, Trustors, in favor of
<br />MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC. as nominee for U.S. Bank N.A.,
<br />as Beneficiary, and THOMAS LOCHER, as Trustee, and which was filed for record on June 26, 2009, as
<br />Instrument No. 2009 - 05222, of the Mortgage Records of Hall County, Nebraska. Said Deed of Trust was
<br />assigned by the original Beneficiary, MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS,
<br />INC. as nominee for U.S. Bank N.A. to U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, by virtue of an
<br />Assignment dated February 8, 2013, and filed for record with the Mortgage Records of Hall County,
<br />Nebraska. Said Deed of Trust conveys property legally described as follows:
<br />The Westerly 38 feet of the Southerly 140 feet of Lot 12 of the County Subdivision of part of
<br />the S 1 /2SE1 /4 of Section 16, Township 11 North, Range 9 West of the 6 P.M., and that part
<br />of Lot 13 of the County Subdivision of part of S1 /2SE1 /4 of said Section 16, Township 11
<br />North, Range 9 West of the 6 P.M., Hall County, Nebraska, and more particularly described
<br />as follows: Beginning at a point 40 feet South of the Northwesterly corner of said Lot 12 and
<br />thence Westerly parallel to the Northerly line of said County Subdivision a distance of 32
<br />feet; thence Southerly parallel to the Westerly line of said Lot 12 a distance of 140 feet;
<br />thence Easterly a distance of 32 feet to the Southwesterly corner of said Lot 12; thence
<br />Northwesterly on the Westerly line of said Lot 12 a distance of 140 feet to the point of
<br />beginning.
<br />Said default under the terms of the Deed of Trust has occurred by virtue of the non - payment of the
<br />installment payments due under the Deed of Trust. In addition, Trustors are hereby liable to the Trustee,
<br />THOMAS LOCHER, for all fees and costs associated with this default and recoverable pursuant to
<br />Nebraska statute § 76 -1012.
<br />By virtue of said default, Trustee has determined to sell or cause to be sold the trust property to
<br />satisfy the obligation referred to above.
<br />The default may be cured within one (1) month of the filing of this Notice, and the obligation and
<br />Deed of Trust may be thereby reinstated as provided in § 76 -1012.
