<br />FOR GOOD AND VALUABLE CONSIDERATION, the receipt and sufficiency of
<br />which is hereby acknowledged, the undersigned MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC

<br />that part of Lot 13 of the County Subdivision of part of S1 /2SE1 /4 of said Section 16,
<br />Township 11 North, Range 9 West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska, and more
<br />particularly described as follows: Beginning at a point 40 feet South of the Northwesterly
<br />corner of said Lot 12 and thence Westerly parallel to the Northerly line of said County
