<br />FOR GOOD AND VALUABLE CONSIDERATION, the receipt and sufficiency of
<br />which is hereby acknowledged, the undersigned MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC
<br />REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC. as nominee for U.S. Bank N.A., hereby sells, assigns,

<br />The Westerly 38 feet of the Southerly 140 feet of Lot 12 of the County Subdivision of part
<br />of the S1/2SE1/4 of Section 16, Township 11 North, Range 9 West of the 6t P.M., and
<br />that part of Lot 13 of the County Subdivision of part of S1 /2SE1 /4 of said Section 16,
<br />Township 11 North, Range 9 West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska, and more
<br />particularly described as follows: Beginning at a point 40 feet South of the Northwesterly
<br />corner of said Lot 12 and thence Westerly parallel to the Northerly line of said County
<br />Subdivision a distance of 32 feet; thence Southerly parallel to the Westerly line of said
<br />Lot 12 a distance of 140 feet; thence Easterly a distance of 32 feet to the Southwesterly
<br />corner of said Lot 12; thence Northwesterly on the Westerly line of said Lot 12 a distance
