Lender is the beneficiary under this Security Instrument. <br />(D) "Trustee" is ALL STAR TITLE INC., 6225 SMITH AVE #202, BALTIMORE, MD 68801. <br />(E) "Note" means the promissory note signed by Borrower and dated MARCH 15, 2013. The Note states that <br />Borrower owes Lender One Hundred Seventy Thousand One And No /100 Dollars (U.S. $174,001.00) plus <br />interest.
