STATE OF NEBRASKA ) <br />) ss. <br />COUNTY OF HALL ) <br />1 <br />t <br />KUESTER LAKE, INC. <br />Return to: Advantage Title, 503 West Koenig, Grand Island, NE 68801 <br />CONSENT TO COLLATERAL ASSIGNMENT OF LEASE AGREEMENT <br />The undersigned Lessor, namely KUESTER LAKE, INC., hereby consents to the <br />Wis Collateral Assignment of Lease Agreement to EXCHANGE BANK, by LESLIE DEAN <br />r'^ WESTOVER and TERESITA V. WESTOVER, husband and wife, of a Lease dated <br />March 026, 2013, wherein Kuester Lake, Inc. is the Lessor and Leslie Dean Westover <br />and Teresita V. Westover, husband and wife, are the Lessees, such lease commenced <br />March Ai, 2013, and terminates March 31, 2048, and pertains to: <br />y Lot Eleven (11), Kuester Lake, a part of the East One Half of the <br />Southwest Quarter (SW') of Section Thirteen (13), Township Eleven (11) <br />North, Range Nine (9) West of the 6 P.M., Hall County, Nebraska, <br />situated on the East side of the West portion of said lake. <br />Said Collateral Assignment to which this Lessor consents was given by said <br />Debtor to Exchange Bank, as additional security for payment of a Note in the amount of <br />$168,000.00 and a Financing Statement or mortgage or trust deed covering the above - <br />described premises and securing payment of said Note. <br />Such Assignment to remain effective until said Note is paid. <br />By <br />L.
