KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS that Ben Weeks individually, with respect to any interest he may have in the real property at 66 Kuester Lake, Grand Island, NE (the "Property "), reposing special trust and confidence in his friend and partner, Nancy Weeks of Grand Island, Nebraska (the "Attorney in Fact "), has made, constituted and appointed, and by these presents does make, constitute and appoint the Attorney in Fact as the agent and true and lawful attorney in fact of the undersigned, to exercise and perform any act, power, duty, right or obligation whatsoever that the undersigned now has or may hereafter acquire, pertaining to the sale of the Property. The undersigned grants to the Attorney in Fact full power and authority to do and perform all and every act necessary in exercising any of the powers granted herein as fully as he might do if personally present, with full power of substitution, hereby ratifying and confirming all that the Attorney in Fact shall lawfully do or cause to be done by virtue of this Power of Attorney. This Power of Attorney and the agency granted hereby will include the authority to execute on the behalf of the undersigned all settlement statements, contracts, agreements, amendments, extensions, deeds, bills of sale, indemnifications, and any other documents necessary to convey interests in real and personal property owned by the undersigned, whether like or unlike the foregoing. This Power of Attorney is intended to be a durable power of attorney and will not be affected by the disability of the undersigned. This Power of Attorney is also a power coupled with an interest and will not be revocable by the undersigned without the written consent of Attorney in Fact during its term.
