Notwithstanding Section 17 of the Security Agreement, or any other provision of <br />the Security Instrument, Lender and HUD hereby acknowledge and approve the <br />following subordinate loans that are or shall be liens on the Mortgaged Property: <br />52 <br />EXHIBIT B <br />MODIFICATIONS TO SECURITY INSTRUMENT <br />The following modifications are made to the text of the Security Instrument of which this <br />Exhibit is a part: <br />1. Mortgage Restructuring Deed of Trust (the "Mortgage Restructuring Mortgage ") <br />granted by the Borrower to the Secretary of Housing and Urban Development (the <br />"Secretary"), and to be recorded among the Land Records of the Property Jurisdiction <br />subsequent to the recordation of the Security Instrument and which secures a certain <br />Mortgage Restructuring Deed of Trust Note evidencing an indebtedness of the Borrower <br />to the Secretary in the original principal amount of $918,274.70 (the "Mortgage <br />Restructuring Loan "). <br />2. Contingent Repayment Deed of Trust (the "Contingent Repayment Mortgage ") <br />granted by the Borrower to the Secretary, and to be recorded among the Land Records <br />of the Property Jurisdiction subsequent to the recordation of the Security Instrument and <br />which secures a certain Contingent Repayment Deed of Trust Note evidencing an <br />indebtedness of the Borrower to the Secretary in the original principal amount of <br />$82,420.98 (the "Contingent Repayment Loan "). <br />See attached ADDENDUM (Nebraska) <br />Previous editions are obsolete <br />B -1 <br />HUD MF Security Instrument HUD- 94000M (Rev.11/12) <br />
