Hogga <br />C <br />THAT, WHEREAS all of the indebtedness secured by the Deeds of Trust, hereinafter called the <br />"Trust Deed," executed by Michael T. Leaman and Ralisa E. Leaman, as Trustors, to Platte <br />Valley State Bank & Trust Company, as Trustee, for the benefit of Platte Valley State Bank & <br />Trust Company, the Beneficiary named therein, dated September 27, 2011, recorded <br />September 28, 2011 as Instrument #201107203 recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds <br />of Hall County, Nebraska have been paid, and said Beneficiary has requested that this Deed of <br />Reconveyance be executed and delivered. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of the <br />Beneficiary named in the Trust Deed, the undersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents grant, <br />remise, release, and reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto, all the interest and <br />estate derived to said Trustee by or through the Trust Deed, in and to the following- described <br />real property (as defined in Neb. Rev. Stat.
