<br />THAT, WHEREAS all of the indebtedness secured by the Deeds of Trust, hereinafter called the
<br />"Trust Deed," executed by Michael T. Leaman and Ralisa E. Leaman, as Trustors, to Platte
<br />Valley State Bank & Trust Company, as Trustee, for the benefit of Platte Valley State Bank &
<br />Trust Company, the Beneficiary named therein, dated September 27, 2011, recorded
<br />September 28, 2011 as Instrument #201107203 recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds
<br />of Hall County, Nebraska have been paid, and said Beneficiary has requested that this Deed of
<br />Reconveyance be executed and delivered.
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of the
<br />Beneficiary named in the Trust Deed, the undersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents grant,
<br />remise, release, and reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto, all the interest and
<br />estate derived to said Trustee by or through the Trust Deed, in and to the following- described
<br />real property (as defined in Neb. Rev. Stat. Section 76- 1001):
<br />Parcel 1: Lots Qne (1), Two (2) and Three (3), Mainland in Section Six (6),
<br />Township Nine (9) North, Range Ten (10) West of the 6th P.M., Hall County,
<br />Nebraska
<br />Parcel 2: That part of the East Half (E1 /2) of Section Seven (7), Township Nine (9)
<br />North, Range Ten (10), West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska, which lies
<br />North of a line which is 2,687.65 feet in length and which connects the east line of
<br />Section Seven (7) with the north south center line of Section Seven (7) and which
<br />begins at a point on the east line of Section Seven (7) located 1,124.00 feet north of
<br />the east quarter corner of section Seven (7) and forms an angle of 85 54' 13" with
<br />said east line.
<br />The Easterly 33' of the Southerly 1,124.00 feet of the Northeast Quarter (NE1 /4) of
<br />Section Seven (7), Township Nine (9) North, Range Ten (10) West of the 6th F.M.,
