That the consideration for said deed was the full cancellation of debts, obligations, <br />costs, and charges evidenced by a Note dated August 9, 2007, in the original principal amount of <br />Sixty -Five Thousand and No /100 Dollars ($65,000.00) secured by a Deed of Trust dated <br />August 9, 2007, and filed of record in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, <br />Nebraska, on August 13, 2007, as Instrument No. 200706906; and such cancellation of record by <br />said Grantee - Beneficiary was made upon conveyance by Affiants pursuant to a past and present <br />belief that the aforesaid consideration therefore represents the fair value of the property so <br />deeded. <br />6. That this Affidavit is made for the protection and benefit of the Grantee in said <br />Special Warranty Deed, its successors and assigns, and all other parties hereafter dealing with or <br />who may acquire an interest in the property herein described. <br />7.
