PFENNING, husband and wife, herein called the <br />GRANTORS, for and in consideration of the cancellation of indebtedness owing from Grantors to <br />Grantee, do grant, bargain, sell, convey, and confirm unto COMPETITIVE MORTGAGE, INC., a <br />Nebraska corporation, herein called the GRANTEE, the following- described real estate in Hall County, <br />Nebraska: <br />Lot Four (4), Block Eight (8), in Wallichs Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall <br />County, Nebraska. <br />TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the above - described premises, together with all the tenements, <br />hereditaments, and appurtenances thereunto belonging, unto the said Grantee and to Grantee's successors <br />and assigns forever. Grantors hereby covenant with the said Grantee and with Grantee's successors and <br />assigns that Grantors are lawfully seised of such premises; that such premises are free from encumbrance, <br />except real estate taxes and sums owing to Grantee; and that Grantors have good right and lawful <br />authority to sell the same; and Grantors hereby covenant to warrant and defend the title to said premises <br />against the lawful claims of all persons whomsoever.
