<br />Ca) LIVING TRUST DATED FEBRUARY 10, 1997, AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO, as

<br />C/) trustor, to Earl D. Ahlschwede, Attorney, as Trustee, for the benefit of Equitable Bank, fka
<br />Equitable Federal Savings Bank of Grand Island as Beneficiary, dated November 16, 2001,
<br />and recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds of HALL County, Nebraska as Document No.
<br />200111978, has been paid, and the Beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of
<br />Reconveyance be executed and delivered as confirmed by its endorsement below.
<br />In consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of the Beneficiary,
<br />the Substitute Trustee reconveys to the person or persons entitled thereto all the right title and
<br />interest and claim acquired by the Trustee pursuant to the Deed of Trust in the real estate
