<br />ASSIGNMENT OF DEED OF TRUST
<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br />That the Nebraska Economic Development Corporation, for good and valuable consideration, the receipt of
<br />which is hereby acknowledged, does hereby assign, transfer, and set over to U.S. Small Business Administration, its
<br />successors and assigns, a certain indenture of Deed of Trust, dated March 14, 2013, executed by Personal
<br />Automotive Services, Inc., a Nebraska Corporation, in favor of the Nebraska Economic Development Corporation,
<br />Beneficiary, conveying the following described real estate, to -wit:
<br />Parcel 1: Lots One (1) and Two (2), West's Second Subdivision, in the City of Grand Island, Hall
<br />County, Nebraska and that part of vacated Thorn Street more particularly described in Ordinance
<br />No. 9359, filed January 25, 2012 in the Register of Deeds Office, Hall County, Nebraska as Document
<br />No. 201200631
<br />Parcel 2: The Southerly 37.1 feet of Lot Eight (8), in Block Two (2), Revised Plat of West's
<br />Subdivision, in the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska
<br />Parcel 3: Lots One (1), Two (2) and Three (3), Block Two (2), Revised Plat of West's Subdivision, in
<br />the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska as shown on Plat in Book 5, Page 349
<br />and which said Deed of Trust was recorded in the Register of Deeds office of Hall County, State of Nebraska, on
<br />P}A.ra )g , 20 /3 , as Instrument No. 96)3(13I , together with the note or obligations therein
<br />described, without recourse in any event or for any cause.
