201302122 <br /> REOUEST FOR RECONVEYANCE <br /> TO: CHICAGO TITLE INSURANCE COMPANY <br /> The undersigned is the legal owner and holder of the note and all other indebtedness <br /> secured by the Leasehold Deed of Trust, Assignment of Rents, Security Agreement and <br /> Fixture Filing executed by Wilmington Trust Company, a Delaware banking <br /> corporation, as Trustee of SunWest N.C. Trust, a Delaware business trust (the °Trustor") <br /> in favor of Chicago Title Insurance Company, as Trustee, for the benefit of Nomura <br /> Asset Capital Corporation, as Beneficiary, dated January 30, 1997, and recorded in the <br /> office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as Document 97-101457. <br /> Amendment to Leasehold Deed of Trust and Other Documents dated March 11, 1997, <br /> and recorded as Document 97-102990. <br /> The beneficial interest under said Deed of Trust was assigned by Assignment of <br /> Leasehold Deed of Trust and Other Recorded Documents, dated September 15, 2000, and <br /> recorded as Document 200008694, to LaSalle Bank National Association, <br /> Loan Assumption Agreement by and between Sunwest N.C. Trust (Prior Owner), Rainier <br /> Sunwest Portfolio I, L.P. (Borrower) and LaSalle Bank National Association (Lender) <br /> dated December 21, 2004, and recorded as Document 200112315. <br /> Legal Description: See Exhibit A attached hereto and incorporated herein by <br /> reference. <br /> Said note, together with all other indebtedness secured by said Trust indenture, has been <br /> fully paid and satisfied. You are hereby requested and directed on payment to you of any <br /> sums owing to you under the terms of said Trust Indenture, to cancel said note above <br /> mentioned and all other evidences of indebtedness secured by said Trust Indenture <br /> delivered to you herewith, together with said Trust Indenture, and to reconvey, without <br /> warranty, to the parties designated by the terms of said Trust Indenture, all the estate now <br /> held by you thereunder. <br /> DATED: r <br /> REQUEST FOR RECONVEYANCE <br />
