Trust, a Delaware business trust (the "Trustor") in favor of Chicago Title Insurance Company, as Trustee, for the benefit of Nomura Asset Capital Corporation, as Beneficiary, dated January 30, 1997, and recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as Document 97-101457, as amended by Amendment to Leasehold Deed of Trust and Other Documents dated March 11, 1997, and recorded as Document 97-102990; the beneficial interest under said Deed of Trust having been assigned by Assignment of Leasehold Deed of Trust and Other Recorded Documents, dated September 15, 2000, and recorded as Document 200008694, to LaSalle Bank National Association; Loan Assumption Agreement by and between Sunwest N.C. Trust (Prior Owner), Rainier Sunwest Portfolio I, L.P. (Borrower) and LaSalle Bank National Association (Lender) dated December 21, 2004,and recorded as Document 200112315 has been paid, and the Beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered, see Request for Reconveyance attached. In consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of the Beneficiary, the Trustee reconveys to the person or persons entitled thereto all the right, title, interest and claim acquired by the Trustee pursuant to the Deed of Trust in the real property described in Exhibit A attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference.
