Baack <br />PO Box 790 <br />Grand Island NE 68802 -0790 <br />STATE OF NEBRASKA <br />COUNTY OF HALL <br />2- 315/425725 <br />ss: <br />NOTICE OF DEFAULT <br />Bv: <br />Notary Public <br />r-, <br />The undersigned, Arend R Baack, Attorney, Trustee under a certain Deed of Trust dated <br />August 14, 2009, wherein Peggy M Burritt, a Single Person, is the Trustor, which was filed of <br />record in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, on August 14, 2009, as <br />Instrument No. 200906760, and contains as trust property the following- described real estate: <br />Lot One (1), in Block Two (2), Elm Place Addition to the City of Grand Island, <br />Hall County, Nebraska; <br />which is commonly known as 1403 West Division Street, Grand Island, Nebraska; <br />together with all the improvements now or hereafter erected on the property, and all easements, <br />appurtenances, and fixtures now or hereafter a part of the property, as well as all replacements <br />and additions; all of which was referred to in that Deed of Trust as the "Property "; <br />hereby gives notice of default of said Trustor for the reason that said Trustor has failed to make <br />the payments of principal and interest due in respect to the Note secured by that Deed of Trust. <br />By reason of such default, the undersigned Trustee hereby elects to sell or cause to be <br />sold the above Property to satisfy the obligations of that certain Note dated August 14, 2009, <br />owing from Trustor to the Beneficiary, HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN <br />ASSOCIATION OF GRAND ISLAND, pursuant to the terms of the Deed of Trust referred to <br />above, which secures this obligation. <br />Arend R.
