The South Half of the Southeast Quarter of Section 24, Township 11 North, Range 9 West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska, EXCEPT; A tract of land comprising a part of the South Half of the Southeast Quarter of Section 24, Township 11 North, Range 9 West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska, and more particularly described as follows: Beginning at the southeast comer of said South Half of the Southeast Quarter; thence westerly, along and upon the south line of said South Half of the Southeast Quarter a distance of 341.85 feet; thence deflecting right 90 °06'55" and running northerly, parallel with the east line of said South Half of the Southeast Quarter a distance of 1343.62 feet to a point on the north line of said South Half of the Southeast Quarter; thence deflecting right 88 °26'33" and running easterly along and upon the north line of said South Half of the Southeast Quarter a distance of 341.98 feet to the northeast comer of said South Half of the Southeast Quarter; thence deflecting right 91°332r and running southerly, along and upon the east line of said South Half of the Southeast Quarter a distance of 1352.23 feet to the point of beginning, and subject to an easement for ingress and egress over and upon the northerly 16 feet of the above described tract, which easement runs with the land. -AND- EXHIBIT "A" 201302011 The South Half of the Southeast Quarter of Section 33, Township 12 North, Range 11 West of the 6th P.M., except approximately 3 acres and 25 rods used in cemetery, Hall County, Nebraska
