<br /> Instrument No. 200103160 regarding the real estate described in paragraph 3 below.
<br /> 2. Deed of Reconvevance. The indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed
<br /> by GALEN D LOOMIS AND VICKI L LOOMIS,HUSBAND AND WIFE,as trustor,to Earl D.
<br /> Ahlschwede,Attorney,as Trustee,for the benefit of EQUITABLE BANK, FKA THE EQUITABLE
<br /> BUILDING&LOAN ASSOCIATION, FSB as Beneficiary,dated APRIL 7,2001,and recorded in
<br /> the office of the Register of Deeds of HALL County,Nebraska as Document No. 200103160,
<br /> has been paid,and the Beneficiary has requested in wilting that this Deed of Reconveyance be
<br /> executed and delivered as confirmed by its endorsement below.
<br /> In consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of the Beneficiary,
<br /> the Substitute Trustee reconveys to the person or persons entitled thereto all the right title and
<br /> interest and claim acquired by the Trustee pursuant to the Deed of Trust in the real estate
<br /> described in paragraph 3 below.
