<br />named Trustee. The Deed of Trust was filed for record on June 24, 2008 as Instrument number 0200805429 in
<br />the records of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, conveying the property legally described as:
<br />The East Fourteen (14) Feet of Lot Two (2), in Block Eight (8), and a tract of land Forty -Two (42)
<br />feet in width adjoining and being the full length of Lot Two (2), in Block Eight (8), formerly being
<br />a part of Eugene Street all being in Claussen Country View Addition to the City of Grand Island,
<br />Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />The Real Property of its address is commonly known as 616 E Sunset, Grand Island, NE 68801
<br />DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />WHEREAS, the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust identified in the above Substitution of
<br />Trustee has been paid and the current Beneficiary does hereby request that this Deed of Reconveyance be
<br />executed and delivered.
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of the
<br />current Beneficiary, the undersigned Successor Trustee does by these presents grant, remise, release and reconvey
<br />to the person or persons entitled thereto all the interest and estate granted to said Trustee by or through said Deed
<br />of Trust in the above referenced premises only together with all buildings, fixtures, improvements, and
<br />appurtenances belonging to such premises.

<br />chartered savings bank, by acquisition of assets from the FDIC as Receiver of TierOne Bank, which was closed
<br />by the Office of Thrift Supervision on June 4, 2010, Beneficiary and as Successor Trustee, to me known to be the
<br />identical person whose name is subscribed to the foregoing instrument, and to have acknowledged the execution
<br />thereof to be the voluntary act and deed of such officer on behalf of the Bank.
