<br />PARTIAL DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />WHEREAS, Pinnacle Bank, by and through Jared P. Wetovick, its authorized officer, as trustee under
<br />the Trust Deed dated 05/04/2004 and recorded on 05/10/2004, recorded as Instrument No. 0200404616,
<br />executed by Midland An Services, Inc., a Nebraska Corporation, as trustors in which Pinnacle Bank of
<br />Central City is named as beneficiary, and said bank as trustee, and in the Office of the Register of Deeds
<br />of Hall County, Nebraska has received from Pinnacle Bank, the beneficiary thereunder, a written request
<br />to reconvey, reciting that all sums secured by such Trust Deed have been fully paid and that such Trust
<br />Deed and the note secured thereby have been surrendered to the undersigned as trustee, for
<br />cancellation;
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such trust deeds, the said
<br />bank by and through it's authorized officer as trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the
<br />person or persons entitled thereto, namely Midland An Services. Inc.. a Nebraska Corporation. the partial
<br />estate now held by it thereunder, to -wit:
