Wetovick it's authorized officer, as trustee under <br />the Commercial Security Agreement dated 12/01/2008 and recorded on 05/12/2009, recorded as <br />Instrument No. 0200903648, executed by Midland Aq Services. Inc., a Nebraska Corporation, as trustors <br />in which Pinnacle Bank of Central City is named as beneficiary, and said bank as trustee, and in the <br />Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska has received from Pinnacle Bank, the <br />beneficiary thereunder, a written request to reconvey, reciting that all sums secured by such Commercial <br />Security Agreement have been fully paid and that such Commercial Security Agreement and the note <br />secured thereby have been surrendered to the undersigned as trustee, for cancellation; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such security agreements, <br />the said bank by and through its authorized officer as trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, <br />to the person or persons entitled thereto, namely Midland Aq Services.
