<br /> B. Except as previously disclosed and acknowledged in writing to L.cnder,Grantor and every tenant have been,are,
<br /> and shall remain in full compliance with any app�icable Environmental Law. �
<br /> C. Grantor shall immediately notify Lender if a releasc or threatened release of a Hazardow Substance occurs on,
<br />_ under or about the Property�r therc is a violation of any Environmenlal Iaw concerning thc Property.[n such
<br /> an event,Graator shall take all necessary remedial action in accordance with any Environmental Law.
<br /> A. Grantor shaU immediately notify L'endeT in writing as soon as Grantor has reason to belicve thero is any

<br /> means.Grantor authorizes Lender to intervenc in Grantor's namc in any of the above dcscribed actions or claims.
